I've started to think my design is looking a little too empty so have highlighted the letters, I asked in a feedback session what people preferred and most people liked the highlighted numbers better, I think this is because it balances the whole aesthetic more.
I've tried thickening the line for the arrow and having the word 'feedback' inside it, although I don't think it's very legible this way.
I quite like how the look of the white letters but we don't have a printer that prints white so I have ruled out this option.
