Make Yahoo! the world's most popular homepage

Whats wrong with it?

- Pointless news stories on the homepage, leads to people not taking the search engine seriously
- Loaded with information (pointless info)
- Too busy
- Too many mixed colours that don't go (purple, blue, orange)
- Doesn't appeal to young generations because of dull, cluttered aesthetic 

Main features Yahoo! should have for 13-18 year olds:

- Easy access to Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
- Clean, simple aesthetic & easy to use 

Proposition

Everyday indispensable fun

Whenever you are, and whichever screen - our homepage gives you every day something more entertaining and inspiring.


We've taken the phrase they have used in the brief 'communicate, find out, explore' as it represents what Yahoo! do, we have tried to show these 3 points within the design.
Communicate: social media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
Find out: news, weather, sport
Explore: the search bar
