OUGD503 / Responsive / Studio Brief 01 / Secret 7 / Design 2

Using the same concept for the previous design created using shapes, the design has been re created using wooden blocks, these have then been painted and placed onto a coloured background and photographed with a film camera. The idea behind this is to symbolise the basics of how we know art school from our youth. It also relates to Tame Impala conveying the thought of 'the less I know the better', bringing the idea back to building blocks from a young age as at this time we knew very little.

The pictures were taken in day light and then brought in to Photoshop and edited by adjusting the levels and retouching any areas that were a little dirty. The image was then cropped to the dimensions (190mm x 190mm inc a 4mm bleed).
